Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Club de Receitas de Confeitaria, including its institutional pages, purchase flow, account or access area and digital recipe e-books. By placing an order or using purchased content, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not understand a material purchase condition, contact us before paying. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable and take priority over conflicting contractual language.
Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity required to enter the transaction in your jurisdiction. A person acting for a business or another individual confirms that they have authority to do so. Minors may use or purchase only with valid involvement of a parent or guardian where required by law.
Service and digital content
The platform offers paid access to collections of digital pastry and confectionery recipe e-books, which can contain ingredients, preparation instructions and step-by-step guidance. The standard product is digital content and does not include shipment of a physical item or video lessons.
The exact package and included collections are the description displayed at the time of purchase. General examples or later content from another package do not expand a completed order unless expressly stated.
One-time purchases, price and taxes
Our standard packages are one-time purchases without automatic renewal or recurring subscription, unless the checkout expressly and clearly states a different billing model before payment. The total price and currency are displayed before the order is submitted.
Applicable taxes may be included, calculated or displayed according to the checkout and legal requirements. You are responsible for checking the order summary before confirming payment.
Payment processing by Stripe
Payments are processed using Stripe infrastructure. You must provide accurate payment and billing information and be authorized to use the selected method. Stripe may apply authentication, fraud-prevention and payment-processing procedures under its own terms and privacy notice.
Stripe is an independent provider. It does not own, recommend, endorse or certify Club de Receitas de Confeitaria, and its processing role does not transfer our product, delivery or support responsibilities to Stripe.
Delivery and access
Following successful payment confirmation, the purchased content is made available through the access method described in the purchase flow. No physical delivery is made. Some payment methods may remain pending before access can be released.
You are responsible for entering a working email, checking delivery messages and keeping access credentials confidential. Contact support if instructions are missing or content does not match the purchased package.
Account security
You must not share credentials in a way that enables unauthorized access, bypass technical restrictions or use another person’s account without permission. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
We may request reasonable verification before changing access information or disclosing order details. Do not send passwords or complete card credentials by email.
License and intellectual property
A completed purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the included e-books for personal and lawful purposes, subject to the offer and these Terms. You may use recipes to prepare food for personal or commercial activity where lawful, but the purchase does not grant a license to reproduce or redistribute the e-books themselves.
The original text, organization, design, illustrations, graphics, platform elements and branding are owned by or licensed to the business to the extent protected by law. You may not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, scrape or distribute substantial protected material or provide unauthorized access.
14-day refund policy
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the relevant purchase date by emailing contact@recipepartnersclub.com with information identifying the order. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method and access to the refunded package may be disabled.
The Refund Policy explains the procedure, duplicate and unrecognized charges, timing and payment-network processing. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights.
Digital-content consumer rights
Some jurisdictions have specific rules for digital content, conformity, remedies and withdrawal. Any legal effect of requesting immediate digital performance, including any effect on a statutory withdrawal right, applies only where the law permits it and where the legally required information and consent have been validly obtained.
These Terms do not presume that a customer has waived every right merely by opening or accessing the content. The separate 14-day commercial refund policy remains as stated.
Permitted and prohibited conduct
You may not use the service unlawfully; interfere with security or availability; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate another person; commit payment fraud; harvest data; automate abusive requests; or reproduce, resell or publicly distribute protected materials without permission.
Reasonable use of the recipes to make food does not authorize copying the e-book text, design or downloadable collection.
Recipe outcomes and user responsibility
Recipe materials are informational. Results vary with ingredients, substitutions, measurements, equipment, technique, environment and execution. You are responsible for food safety, hygiene, storage, labeling, allergens, dietary suitability and any licensing or health requirements applicable to your own use or business.
We do not promise financial earnings, customer demand, business success or a particular culinary result.
Availability and changes
We may perform maintenance, security updates and reasonable technical or organizational changes. We may update or correct content, but will not intentionally substitute a materially different paid package without an appropriate remedy where required.
Temporary interruption does not remove mandatory rights. If a persistent access issue prevents delivery, contact support so it can be investigated and remedied.
Restriction or termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, material breach, unauthorized redistribution or harm to the platform or others. Any action should be proportionate to the issue and does not remove a customer’s mandatory rights.
Access can also end after a full refund of the relevant purchase.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as described at purchase and we are not responsible for failures caused solely by the user’s incompatible device, lost credentials, unauthorized conduct or third-party networks outside our reasonable control.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any liability and consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation is interpreted only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing rules and disputes
Because the responsible business is established in Brazil, Brazilian law may govern these Terms to the extent permitted. This choice does not deprive consumers in another jurisdiction of mandatory protections that apply to them.
Before formal proceedings, either party may try to resolve the issue through contact@recipepartnersclub.com, without restricting access to a bank dispute, consumer authority, data-protection authority or competent court.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or service changes. The version applicable to a completed purchase remains subject to the terms presented for that purchase and to mandatory law; later changes are not used retroactively to remove acquired rights.
