Purchase and access requests
We can assist with payment confirmation, locating an order, missing access instructions, login or access problems and questions about the digital recipe collection included in the purchased package.
Include the email used at checkout and, when available, the purchase date, amount, currency, package name and order or transaction reference.
Refund and billing requests
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days from the relevant purchase date. State clearly that you are requesting a refund and include enough information to identify the payment.
You may also contact us about duplicate charges, an incorrect amount or a payment you do not recognize. We may request proportionate information to verify the order and protect customer data.
Privacy requests
Use the same email to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to ask another privacy question where applicable.

Information you should not send
Never send a complete payment-card number, card security code, bank password, platform password or unnecessary identification document by email. Stripe processes payment details as needed for the payment flow; our support does not need complete card credentials.

Response times vary according to request complexity, the information provided and whether a bank, payment provider or other service provider must be consulted. We do not promise a fixed response time that has not been established.
If you follow up, reply to the same email thread when possible and avoid sending repeated separate messages, as this helps us retain the relevant context.
