Privacy and personal data

Privacy Policy

How personal information is collected, used, shared and protected when you visit, purchase or request support.

Last updated: 20 August 2026

Who is responsible

Club de Receitas de Confeitaria is the trading name used for the platform. The business responsible for the processing described in this policy is CNPJ 64.733.551/0001-47 — PAMELA ROSA SALLES, Brazil.

Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to contact@recipepartnersclub.com. Depending on the context, service providers such as Stripe can also act as an independent controller or processor for their own activities.

Scope

This policy covers personal information processed through our institutional pages, purchase flow, digital-content access and customer-support communications. It does not replace the privacy notices of an external website or provider that independently determines its processing.

Information you provide

We may receive identifiers and contact details such as name and email address; account or access information; purchase-related details; the contents of support messages; and information you voluntarily provide in a refund, billing or privacy request.

Please do not send complete card numbers, security codes, passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents through support email.

Purchase and transaction information

We may process order date, product or package, amount, currency, payment status, limited payment-method information, transaction or receipt references, refund status and records needed to deliver the content and administer the purchase.

We do not claim to store full card details. In a Stripe payment flow, card or other financial information may be provided directly to Stripe and handled within its payment infrastructure.

Technical information

When pages or digital services are accessed, our hosting, security or service providers may process IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, operating system, timestamps, referring page, requested URL, language, identifiers, error logs and security events.

The actual data depends on the technology used. We do not state that a specific analytics tool is active unless it has been implemented.

Why we use information

We use relevant information to provide the requested pages and content, create or maintain access, identify and fulfill an order, communicate about a purchase, provide support, process a refund, secure the platform, prevent fraud and misuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain business records and comply with legal or payment-network obligations.

We may also use proportionate information to establish, exercise or defend legal claims and to improve service organization without making decisions that produce unlawful discrimination.

Legal bases

Where a legal basis must be stated, processing can be necessary to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps; comply with a legal obligation; pursue legitimate interests such as security, support and fraud prevention where those interests are not overridden; or rely on consent for a specific optional purpose.

The applicable basis depends on the activity and jurisdiction. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing where it is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Cookies and browser storage

Our institutional pages store a manual language preference in local storage. If no saved preference exists, URL and browser-language information can be used to select a language, with English as fallback.

Necessary technologies may support security, sessions, checkout and access. Stripe or another payment provider may use its own cookies and device signals when its interface is loaded. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.

Stripe and payment data

Stripe provides payment-processing infrastructure. Stripe may receive payment, device, transaction and fraud-prevention information to authenticate, process, monitor, refund and secure payments, and may act as processor or controller depending on its activity and applicable law.

Stripe’s own privacy notice governs the processing it independently determines. Our use of Stripe does not mean that Stripe owns, recommends, endorses or certifies Club de Receitas de Confeitaria.

Sharing with service providers

We may share only relevant information with hosting, email, customer-support, digital-delivery, security, professional-adviser and payment providers that help operate the service. Providers may process information under contracts, instructions and their own legal duties, depending on their role.

We may also disclose information when reasonably required by law, court order, competent authority, prevention of fraud or protection of rights and safety. We do not describe personal information as sold merely because a provider processes it to deliver a requested service.

International transfers

Because customers and service providers may be in different countries, personal information can be processed outside the country where it was collected. Privacy laws may differ.

Where required, transfers should rely on an appropriate legal mechanism or safeguard, such as contractual protections, an adequacy decision or another permitted basis. Stripe and other providers explain their own transfer arrangements in their notices.

Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information and service. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Customers should protect their account credentials, use legitimate links and notify us about suspected unauthorized access.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including providing access and support, maintaining transaction and refund records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and meeting tax, accounting, legal and payment obligations.

Retention varies by record type and applicable requirement. When information is no longer required, it may be deleted or anonymized, subject to lawful backups and technical deletion cycles.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation and access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

Send a clear request to contact@recipepartnersclub.com. We may verify identity and ask for details needed to locate the information. A right can be limited where the law permits, for example when records must be retained or another person’s rights must be protected.

Children, external links and updates

The platform is not directed to children who cannot legally enter the relevant transaction. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child contrary to applicable law, we will take appropriate steps.

External links have separate privacy practices. We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change; the date at the top shows the current version. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory data-protection or consumer rights.
